                 A healthy lifestyle is a important part of our life. A healthy lifestyle is in which our physical and mental health are functioning well and balanced. Our physical as well as mental health is directly linked with each other. So, both should be balanced. A healthy lifestyle mostly depends upon a nutritional diet, proper sleep, daily exercise, being happy, and thinking positively. If we do all these elements our life becomes healthy and happy.

 Nutritional diet

A nutritional diet is also called a balanced diet which includes protein, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins, and fats. We should take three meals in a day: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, including fruits, green vegetables, salad, nuts, and fat-free milk products. Therefore, we should also eat an egg, fish, meat, chicken, etc. We should not take high calories products, sugar, and fast food like burgers, pizza, sandwiches, French fries, hot dogs, ice cream, etc. All humans have a habit of eating delicious food that should be healthy.  We should not eat too much, eat according to our body weight and enough to our body digest not take a heavy meal at dinner; take a light meal at dinner so that it can be digested.   

 Proper sleep

We should take 7-8 hours of sleep; so that our mind and body take some rest and feel relaxed. However, we should not wake up and sleep for long hours. We should go for a walk after dinner and before sleeping.

Daily exercise

The next important thing in our healthy lifestyle is daily exercise. We should do daily exercise, yoga, running, as well as playing sports. However, these are very important and make our body strong and healthy. Daily exercise can help in increasing self-confidence and decreasing stress and anxiety. It makes our mood happy and fresh and improves our mental health. Daily exercise and running also help in controlling our body weight and makes the body fit. However, for our mental health, we should do some mind exercises for example reading, planning games and solving puzzles, etc. We should go to parks and green places daily in the morning.

Happy and think positive

We should be happy and think positively. Being is a very important part of healthy life. We can feel happy only when we think positively. We should talk to other people about different subjects and spend some time with them.  Positive thinking also makes our minds healthy and happy. We should have fun, go shopping, have dinner, and on a trip with our family and friends.   Therefore, these things make our life happy and healthy.

We should stay away from the persons who have bad habits and practices. However, we should avoid many bad habits and practices. Such bad habits and practices include smoking, alcohol, drinking, drugs, and many other bad things. These types of things are very harmful to us and also to society.

Nowadays, many people work on the computer and sit in a room for long hours. Long hours sitting is not good for our health. So, the environment of our workspace should fresh. There should be plant indoor small plants and some artificial green and colorful flowers. So that our mind should feel fresh and relaxed. We should place an adjustable table, if anyone wants to stand after some time sitting, then he can adjust the table according to his standing position and do his work.

A healthy lifestyle allows you to live a long life and spend more time with your family and friend. Daily exercise makes your body strong, happier, and fresh-looking. Regular exercise also protects your body from life-threatening diseases. However, we live longer life.
